CHAMPS U GUIDE is an alternative educational workbook created to help athletes identify the internal and external attributes they developed while participating in sports that will help them navigate their personal and professional lives with a "Champion's Mindset." We then build a Champion’s roadmap for transitioning from actively participating in sports into a successful life beyond the game.
